Weekend with a new housemate and my first new experience as a barber?haha

My previous housemate is a Malays so she find it necessary to pray with a Malays partner

Due to that reason, she finally decided to exchange room with a bumiputera

We feel sorry for that, though we communicate well, but still,we agreed with that

So, we didnt go anywhere this weekend and decided to help up with the shifting though it finally turned up we didnt help in anyway,haha

So, in the afternoon, Shin found her fringe getting longer, so assuming i am eligible as a " temporary barber", i helped her to cut it short

Well, she kept on repeating she have faith in me, andwithout additional statement that if it failed, then she might just clipped it on

LOL,obviously she was nervous that i will fail her.

i don't know whether it is a success or not but most importantly, she is satisfied!Haha

And, yeah, spending some time, i made this card for my Malays housemate.Although we only been with each other for a month, but occasionally some housemates talk made our friendship stronger and we hope that we still keep in touch with each other as i believe somehow it means something for stranger to bump into each other.

And i am really glad that she willing to take up Chinese as electives, perhaps one day we can talk to each other in Chinese?haha

Break into or Visit in Dublin Castle?

We went on an outing with my friend and "unknowingly" we enter the Dublin castle without payment.Lol

Dublin Castle is situated in the very heart of historic Dublin. In fact the city gets its name from the Dubh Linn or Black Pool (dubh = black), on the site of the present Castle Gardens and Coach House.

Dublin castle was built in year 1230 by King John .

Originally, it was built by Viking as purpose of defence against the Norman but now it is used for. any big event celebration or conference and when it is not in used, it is open for public visit.

Arthur Day

Arthur Day refer to annual series of music event wordwide to promote Guinness company.

We went to to town straight away after squash training and together we shared a small cup of beer,LOL

Actually, this event do organised in Kuala Lumpur as well, but shame to say, we never participate any of that in Malaysia.

Every year, Arthur Day will be organised on Thursday as this is known as the tradisional student night.

Application of GARDA aka police service in ireland and another housemate talk?lol

Spending half of the day to apply for GARDA card,nearly being rejected because we didn't have the evidence for medical insurance. While everyone was mumbling and the moment the volcany was ready to erupt, the manager finally came out and gave approval for us to proceed with our Garda application....Nevertheless, not all of us complete the application on that day because one of my friends was claimed that she have fingerprint so might need to get the result the next day and the computer system need time to process it.

Hmm, come to the night, haha, i have no idea why, but since three of us live together, we have endless topic to talk about.Even the same one repeated over and over again, we never get bored.

So, tonight conversation started all because, while Gaby and me was trying to enjoy the baguatte that we left this afternoon, Shin trying to get us into conversation so that we can eat slower and she have enough time to prepare for her dinner.

So, here the conversation started

"let's talk about the good and bad of each and everyone of us ba!"

start from opinion on Shin,

"hmm, downside on the change of her facial expression when she is not satisfied with something?"

" oh, ya, but i enjoy spending time with you, you are simple and it is definitely the good point,not everyone can do that no matter how much they wish they are"

so, how about Gaby?

" well, actually, errr, her good point is her bad point as well"

here, i am going to add in some point that i left out in the conversation, indeed, she is always an angel tht i would like to describe.

She is kind- hearted and it is definitely the good point 

it benefits everyone around you

Afterall, who don't enjoy spending time with someone like that

But, just a little bit hope of please give yourselves more than what you give the others.

and about the "slow" that we mentioned, actually, i don't really mind when i come to realise that the best scenery that you can see when you do things slowly.

And, about me, all the bad points that i did expect

Stubborn!stubborn !and stubborn!

Well, may be i should admit that i am but sometimes i do look at the situation, just that sometimes i do insist on something that i think is right and i am just

just too lazy to give explanation to others why i do so.

And, may be sometimes i am really stubborn and i am really sorry for that

Mooncake that redolent.....

Autumn festival is coming, the prominent difference here is that you hardly see moon cake that resemble reunion here, and you started missing the bunch of small mischievous kids who play lantern in your neighborhood.

We went to the Asian market the day before and this is the only places that sell Asian groceries,. And we saw the mooncakes. Looking at each other, we all know that it evoke our feeling of smoldering.

Yeah, we miss home and despite it is something that we categorized as " unnecessary expenses" , still, we bought one. How can the second most important festival in Chinese calendar be left out?

That night, we ate the mooncake together, we watched the "the worst student" by Chong Shen Zhong.

This morning i woke up realizing the wind was turbulent and the alarm alerted us that today was definitely not a smart choice for outing.

However, despite nay predicament, we decided today is a day for photo capturing because my housemate Shin decided to take part in the photo capturing contest to win a mini ipad.

Then, we went to join Gaby for the Mass organised in the Latin church. Well, too bad, it started to drizzle. And as expected, the wind was extraordinary stong and too bad my umbrella overturned, Gosh!my 25 euro! And, still, i get well, i hope i wont get cold tonight but i really feel sleepy today....am i sick? i hope not....

One day out

Today is the second time i went to Dublin town with my housemates right after class

Before we went there, i took some time capturing some nice photos around school compound while they went to James Joyce library to photostat something. Well, i definitely not going to walk around the whole college compound as the walking tour will take about one and a half hour. UCD is the largest university in ireland and famous for its research institution

The largest pool in UCD, right in front of its is the O'Realli Hall where all the big events organised.

Well, you can rent bicycle in UCD if you really love cycling!

THe walking way is still under construction.

Then, we rushed to the bus stop. It was drizzling.The wind was quite strong and wow, the umbrella overturned, so fragile.

We went to Ulster bank to open an account, and the next station was post office, to post a postcard to my sister as her birthday is coming.

Then, we went to the town only Asian market to buy our groceries

Girls' talk

The talk commence due to a post from my "bro"

"who is the coach?"

"lol, you know who, i suppose,lol" They never stop giving up until they confirm is Brice.

Girls' talk about their past love story, it always fill with shyness, awkward silent and never willing to mention the name.

Everyone looking for someone special to come into their life, but no one admit that they need someone.

We ranked the priority we are looking at (wisdom, appearance, feeling, courtesy, property)

We talked about guys we fall for, since primary, secondary, a level and NOW

"he is a gentleman, not bad.... but....."

"he is too out-spoken,but humor..."

"why not him???"

I think people tend to escape when they afraid of rumor, before any sparkle happens, they put a huge thick barrier

Before giving a try, they think of the future, and the possibilities to proceed, and put a halt to that

Or worse, they tend to keep it to themselves.

Thousands question bombarded to me by my housemates

"Tell me your first love?"

" i thought you both were quite close, why never consider bout it?"

.....

.....

And then suddenly popped out this question

"Tulip, did you ever love any boys?Why you never seem to tell me you have feeling over anyone?How you never feel touch when someone did something for you?"

Awkward silent.......

"please don't tell me you are lesbian?" reaction from the other friend

"Gosh, what kind of doubt is that?"

Ever first time i am being suspicious of my sexual inclination.

conclusion

hmmm, to my friend, haha, make your first move if you intended to start a relationship ba

But never stop believing in love, it may not be romantic or any similar to fairy story 

but knowing and have faith that he or she is your future life partner, give your best to maintain this relationship

Start with love and end with trust and i believe that is two key to relationship no matter friends, family or spouse.

last question from my wet friend(haha, cause she is not dry), when you plan to find a bf

hmm, no fixed answer to that,

but sometimes a relationship can be a responsibility, and you need to bear in mind that your decision is not just for yourselves.

sometimes it can be a restriction and you hardly find your own wings

it can be your reliability and sometimes you just afraid that you never know how to stand up after you fall

Spending years trying to tell that i am ready for it but the final answer that comes out from my mouth is that

No, i think i am not ready.....
